By creating an account with or accessing Arbitrage Intelligence (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, subscribers, and others who access or use the Service.
Arbitrage Intelligence provides a price comparison tool that lets shoppers find products available at lower prices across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces (Germany, France, Italy, Spain). The public-facing tool requires no account and is free to use.
Registered users have access to additional features, including connecting an Amazon Seller account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to retrieve pricing and product catalogue data. Use of SP-API features requires a valid Amazon Seller account and is subject to Section 4.
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. Access to SP-API features additionally requires a registered Amazon Seller account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
The Service uses the Amazon Selling Partner API to access data from your Amazon Seller account, including competitive pricing data and product catalogue information. By linking your Amazon account:

Data retrieved from Amazon's SP-API is used exclusively to power the features of this Service. We do not:
We comply with Amazon's SP-API Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Users are responsible for ensuring their own use of scan results complies with all applicable Amazon seller policies.
Pricing details, subscription plans, and payment terms are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data retrieved from Amazon. Pricing data reflects point-in-time snapshots and may not reflect current live prices. You should independently verify any data before making purchasing or pricing decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbitrage Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. On termination, your right to access the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
